how to contraint the originator?
forexample , only project manager can start the process,
while others employees can not start the process
I know that it can be complete by set rights of users in the k2.net manager servicemanager
now , i want to realize it in k2.net studio or .net smart form
how should i do ?

On a K2 smartform, if a user does not have rights on a process they should get the error message saying that they do not have rights to start the process as soon as the form is displayed. You may want to build in some graceful error handling to direct the user to a friendlier error page stating that they do not have permission to start the process.
