I have an IPI workflow that occasionally starts twice for no obvious reason. The form submit button only submits using the 'Submit Workflow Service'. The workflow only saves the form, and sends an email. But regularly (about 1/4 of the time - but only in our production server) the workflow starts twice. The originator of both wf is the original originator so it doesn't appear to be a system generated wf. The second wf also starts a few seconds after the first one has completed.
If the user opens the form and submits it again, it generates a new file name, so I don't think its a user issue.
We are using Moss2007 (2 servers for load balancing), the IP form is open in browser with no code in it.
This is totally baffling. Can anyone please help?
