I set a formula to use the values I collected from the form to run the auto-calculation, but it seems doesn't work, the result keep showing 0, can anyone help me to understand which step is went wrong?

Hi,
The brackets in the column names are causing issues in the formula which also contains brackets. But it will work if you used the Named Controls rather then Item Properties in the formula and don't use reserved characters in the name.
