I am trying to condition start workflow with two criterias: by variable (Number value) and if Field:Approval is empty.
More background, the variable is a date difference number value. This is not set in a field within the list. Strictly number variable.
Any way to start workflow by variable? See attached. DiffinDays variable is in Workflow1, which should kick off Workflow2 with criteria above. Thanks!

Ideally you would have the date difference be stored on the item itself. This can be done by using the created by date and the modified by dates.
Because variables are empty until the workflow runs, it's not possible to start a workflow with a variable as the data does not exist.
