We are running Nintex Forms 2013 Enterprise (Version 2.9.0.0), and all of the features have been activated on a Site Collection/Site level. When designing forms, the PDF Page Break Control is missing from the action panel. Looking at Forms Management in Central Admin, I have noticed that the control is missing from the list. Where can I find this control, and import it into the list?

looking at the control list, it looks like you don't have listed any of the enterprise controls (e.g. SQL Request Control).
Have you updated your license when you have switched Nintex Forms from Standard to Enterprise? Or have you started with already the Enterprise Edition?
Looking in Central Administration in Nintex Forms section, does your license state it's an enterprise license?

The license was updated from Standard to Enterprise

Ok, License Type is stated as Enterprise..
Unfortunately I've had a similar issue in the past and the only solution was contact Support who gave me a new license and when I've uploaded it, I've got the missing controls..try to open a ticket: Ask Support
