Dear All,
Is there any way to send email (manually send) to approvers that task is pending to them kindly approve it.
I don't want to create any another workflow on pending tasks and I don't want to use the reminder notification.
Is there any OOB way to send reminder email, select user where task is pending and send it again for approval.

As far as I know there is no such functionality in the product. Especially without creating a new workflow on the task list itself I see no other option to achieve your goal.
If you had a site workflow, you can start it manually any time you want. That way you can manually remind the users of any open tasks and send them the direct link to the task if not complete.

Yes I will create a workflow for follow up email notification.
Just a note, I would recommend that no workflows should be created on the workflow task list itself. It leads to record locks on the tasks.
