Hi Rosen,

You can edit items in bulk quickly by using the option built into SP (2013 depicted below).   But Nintex Forms are generally meant for 1:1 editing > meaning 1 item per form.   You could get fancy and create an interface that would allow for the editing of more than one item but there isn't a whole lot of support for this at the moment and you'll probably find it easier using the method below.
