Hi,
Is there any way to send an email of open tasks to a user?
I want to send out weekly reminders of open tasks to all users in the business. These would be tasks that are open across all processes and each user would only get a list of open tasks assigned to them
Any ideas are appreciated :)

Have you looked at adding escalations to your client events in the processes? Don’t think there is an option for custom notifications in Blackpoint like in Blackpearl.

:( Escalations arent really what Im looking for. The business is looking for something across all processes- so it would be one email weekly listing all that users outstanding tasks
