ISSUE
The Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service is in a “starting” status (with no start/stop link) for a prolonged period.
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
Follow the instruction provided on this help file.
If this does not resolve the issue then follow the instruction below:
  1. Open the Windows Service Manager.
  2. Find the Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service and Stop the service.
  3. Restart the Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service.
