ISSUE
When running a workflow with a Nintex Live action, the workflow fails when it reaches the live action and the following error occurs:
 
Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'live.nintex.com'
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
  1. Navigate to Central Administration.
  2. Open Security > Manage Trust.
  3. Remove and replace any of the .cer files within Manage Trust.
This will force all of the certificate files to also refresh
