Long Description

This Nintex Workflow for Salesforce template collects Lead data in a form inside Salesforce, creates a Lead record, requests qualification from two reviewers, and then on-boards the Lead with multiple people and business systems.

NOTE: This workflow uses a form published inside Salesforce. If you want to publish this form to a website or mobile use the template: Lead Generation & Qualification from a Public Form (2 Reviewers).

What this workflow does:

  1. Starts when you load the sales lead details into a form.
  2. Sets initial values:
    1. Creates Lead in Salesforce.
    2. Sends an email to the Seller telling them that a review is underway.
  3. Sends an email request for lead qualification to a Reviewer A:
    • If the lead is qualified, the workflow shifts to Reviewer B.
    • If the Sales Lead is not qualified, the workflow updates the Salesforce record, and informs the Seller of their options.
  4. Sends an email request for lead qualification to Reviewer B:
    • If the Sales Lead is qualified, the workflow updates the Salesforce record, informs the Seller, and starts a Lead onboarding process with multiple business systems.
    • If the Sales Lead is not qualified, the workflow shifts back to Reviewer A.
  5.  The workflow ends.
