Nintex Workflow

 

We're making your life easier with updates to Nintex Workflow this month!

First, we've added an External Start feature that removes the need to manually start workflows in  Nintex Workflow 2013 when a new user account is added.

 

In this blog post, External Start Feature for Nintex Workflow 2013 Enterprise  our Delivery Manager, Danish Detho shows you how to configure it. He also includes some diagrams on how it works in this blog post.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second, we've added a Workflow Inventory feature to Nintex Workflow 2010 and 2013.  You'll have the ability view in a Site Setting area all the List and Site Workflows published to a site a site collection or all sites on a farm.

Forms

We've added a feature to Nintex Forms that a lot of people have been asking for!

Here's a blog about it: The Paper-less Office Is Alive and Well Thanks to Print to PDF.  Nintex Technichal Evangelist Brad Orluk explains how to Print to PDF from Nintex Forms. Your forms will get a much more elegant look than they did simply printing from a browser.

 

And he walks you through the feature, including how to edit page breaks in the video below.
