Nintex Workflow for Office 365

Task Outcomes: Bringing 'Flexitask-like' capability to Nintex Workflow for Office 365

With Task Outcomes, workflow designers can easily create and view multiple outcomes for tasks that meet their process need. By default there are two outcomes, ‘Approved’ and ‘Rejected’, and their associated branches, where you can easily drag on other actions to further define what should occur depending on the outcome. You also have the flexibility to change these options or add more outcomes, directly from within the designer without the need to understand complex SharePoint concepts such as site content types and inheritance. All existing workflow designs will be upgraded seamlessly to use this powerful new capability. Read more.

Web Request:

Connect your Office 365 workflows to SOAP-based web services with the new Web Request action. You can now call or build your own HTTP ASMX web services to get/update data. This action enables users to connect with external services using a variety of requests, which include HTTP GETs, POSTs, PUTs and packets for your requests. Read more.

Execute SQL:

Connect SharePoint Online platform to your organization’s internally hosted SQL servers. Using this action, users can execute SQL queries to create tables, retrieve/update data, and modify/delete data in a connected SQL database. Read more.

Mailchimp actions:

Using the new Mailchimp actions, users can easily unsubscribe an email address from the list, retrieve unsubscribed emails from a campaign, and retrieve a list.

Create Navigation:

Create Navigation action allows users to create a link in the quick launch navigation section or the top link bar of a SharePoint Online site.
