Blog Post created by emily.billing@nintex.com Champion on Oct 31, 2014

A list of the features released on 2nd January 2014.

Import / Export:

NintexWorkflow for Office 365 now supports the ability to import and export Office365 workflow designs. Users will be able to export workflow designs from O365 and import them into other O365 lists, libraries or sites. Nintex Workflow for Office 365 introduces a new design file format, .nwp. Only files of this format can be used. Please note, existing Nintex Workflow On-Premises designs (.nwf) cannot be imported via this feature.

Quickly Create Variables

A new create variable experience has been implemented to make the creation and selection of variables easier. User can now:

  • Create variables within the action configuration screen right hand menu
  • Create a variable of the correct data type directly from the variable combo
  • See at a glance the data type of a variable

What's New

Added a What's new screen to alert users to new capabilities added to the service. The What's new screen is shown to registered users once after a release, and accessible from the Help screen.

New Insert Reference tokens

Added new insert reference tokens for initiator display name and email address to remove the need to coerce outputs continually.
