Nintex Workflow for Office 365 Turns One!

One year ago today, Nintex Workflow for Office 365 came out of preview and was rolled out to people worldwide. It's been a great year and our momentum has accelerated in all areas, including new users, paid customers, product innovation, and the ecosystem of partners selling and connecting to our Office 365 platform.

 

Nintex has been the best-selling app in Microsoft SharePoint App store. We took home five prizes in three categories, with Nintex Workflow for Office 365 leading in each as the winner of the People's Choice, Most Interesting SharePoint Scenario and Most Downloaded SharePoint App categories at the 2014 SharePoint Conference App Awards. Nintex Forms for Office 365, was also honored as a finalist in the People's Choice category and placed third for Most Downloaded SharePoint App. To add to the list, of the 3000+ entries for Partner of the Year Awards, Nintex Workflow for Office 365 was named a Finalist in the SharePoint App Development Partner of the Year Awards 2014 held at Worldwide Partner Conference.

 

We’ve learned a lot, heard great feedback from customers and continue to work every day to deliver a powerful, cloud-based workflow automation platform. A year later we’ve added countless features and improvements. We thought the best way to mark our one-year anniversary would be to say thanks to you, our customers and partners, and share a few of our reflections from the past year. Here are a few highlights:

 

New Product Features:

  • New features introduced in Nintex Workflow for Office 365 including: state machines, RunIf action, ability to import / export workflow designs, action labeling, new insert reference tokens, and ‘What’s New’ notifications.

 

  • New features introduced in Nintex Forms for Office 365 including: support for multiple content types on SharePoint List, ability to save and publish usability improvements, format painter, validation rules, people picker control, new date manipulation runtime functions, and round function.

 

  • Support for Nintex Mobile App:  Nintex Forms for Office 365 now supports the publication of forms to the Nintex Mobile App. You can simply add one or both of the Nintex Mobile device layouts to your form and publish to distribute the form to mobile devices.

 

  • Internationalization of Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for Office 365: Coming soon in the App store, we are launching a new, fully-localized version of Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms for Office 365 in Japanese language marking the first internationalization of our cloud apps. We will soon be following with other local languages.
