Unable to Retrieve Realms for Exchange Online or SharePoint Online OAuth

Problem

When running through the registration wizard for SharePoint Online or the feature activation for Exchange online, the OAuth redirect to set up relying parties in K2 Trust gets stuck trying to retrieve the realms for your environment. This page never redirects the user for a successful authentication.

Solution

This issue is caused by bad Environment Library values. Review the values in your default environment to make sure all values are valid. Examples of some issues to look out for: - The incorrect slash being used in URLS (i.e. \ instead of /) - Ports being included when they should not (i.e. https://denallix:443.k2.com/)
