Known Issue: Unable to upgrade client components to K2 Five (5.3)

























 



Issue Description



When you attempt to upgrade client component to K2 Five (5.3) and SQL Management Studio is not installed, the installer becomes unresponsive on the Component screen.



Resolution



Contact your K2 Support representative to obtain the fix.
