Issue Description
When User A has redirected a Tasks/Worklist item to User B and then User B has shared/delegated to User C, and User B then releases the Worklist item both User B and User C can no longer see any tasks/worklist items in their workspace.
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.4) Fix Pack 37.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
Consideration
Worklist Items already redirected and in a broken state will need to be fixed by redirecting the item to the necessary person after the fix was applied.
