Issue

You are unable to expand the SmartObject list on the left-hand side when you are in Visual Studio or K2 Studio.

Symptoms

The following error will appear:

"Primary Credentials Not Authenticated"

Troubleshooting Steps

This issue can be resolved by verifying the SmartObject connection string within Visual Studio/K2 Studio. If the connection string is wrong you will need to update it using the guidelines below:

- Open up the Connection string within the Object Browser, which will be on the left-hand side of the interface.

- Hover over the SmartObject server.
- Right-click and Edit the connection string field.
- Test.

You should now be able to expand and view the SmartObject list.
