Configured Pages - 4 Pages in Nintex Workflow Cloud - Only One page saved to Office 365

I have created 6 pages in the Nintex Workflow Cloud Platform

  •     Layout is Vertical
  • Each Page have different information for users to complete
  • However, after filling out the form
    • only One Page information is saved and shows up in Office 365 (SharePoint Online) Teams Sites.
      The pages are identical in SharePoint Online.
      Any suggestion
    •  Why all the information is not saved in the SharePoint List?

@cab411 Are you hiding fields on pages? If you can see the data in the instance start details and it's not being populated when you use the variables in your create item this may be one for the support team to help investigate.
