I am relatively new to the product and am trying to convert existing nintex workflows to Blackpearl. The workflow I have now with Nintex triggers once a sharepoint task list item is set to closed. I can't seem to figure out how to recreate this same trigger in Blackpearl. Any help would be appreciated.

There are 3 options for starting a workflow on a SharePoint 2010 list or library:
For your purposes option 3 will work, however note that this will trigger (I believe) for any change made to an item. So you may need to build some logic into your workflow to only progress if the "Status=Closed" (for example).

As per your description you need to trigger the workflow when an Item is Changed.
You can add rules to Line properties (Ex:Condition=Closed/Completed).
Most important thing:- Make sure you assign "K2 Service Account" Admin/Start Process rights otherwise your workflow won't start on Item Change.
